Mamaluna Store Policies
As a consumer myself I know how important it is to understand an online store's policies before committing to a purchase. Please take some time to read and review the policies prior to a purchase.
Postage
Postage for items purchased at Mamaluna is a flat $7.00 fee.
Orders are sent via Regular Australia Post, unless Registered Australia Post is selected. If Express Post is required, please email before ordering as it may be arranged at a fee.
International Post is $25 per package (provided a sling is in the purchase).
Your order will be sent the next business day after funds have cleared.
Privacy
I respect your privacy. Under no circumstances will I divulge or sell your information to a third party. Your information will be kept confidential always. If you choose to subscribe to my newsletter your details will only be used for direct contact from Mamaluna to keep you up to date of product releases, stockings, competitions or store specials.
Payment Options
I offer the following payment options for you through my shopping cart

- Pay Mate
- Australian Bank Deposit
- Australia Post Money Order
- Australian Cheques
- The item purchased was faulty
- The item purchased was damaged
- The product sent was not the ordered item
Please select the appropriate payment method during the checkout process. Items will not be sent until payment is processed and cleared. The shopping cart will process your order immediately after you choose your payment option.
Refunds and Returns
I want you to have a good experience at Mamaluna and that includes when things don't go to plan with our products.
I will issue a refund under the following conditions
Please email me at kristie@mamaluna.com.au first. Refunds will be sent in the form of an Australia Post Money Order, Direct Deposit into your account, store credit or PayPal Refund. I will pay for postage to return the item, however I cannot refund the original postage cost.
I do not normally give a refund if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision. Please choose carefully.
If you decide babywearing is simply not for you, please email me and we can discuss options. At my discression I may issue a partial refund (Minus 10% and shipping costs) provided original packaging and documentation is returned within two weeks of sale and the sling is in as new condition with no marks, stains or faults.
I cannot issue a refund on our balms due to hygiene reasons.
